I love weekends. Getting together with friends, unplugging for more than a few hours at a time, getting a little pocket adventure in…oh, they most certainly are the cream of the crop.
This past weekend the fellow and I hung out at Sno Baron’s Haydays while our good friend was hawking his wares at a booth on the grounds. In the course of three days we canoed, camped, danced, hung out, witnessed some great riding, met some awesome new people and simply enjoyed a beautiful weather weekend with some great friends. That’s what it’s all about, right?!
Now that we’re back and in serious laundry/get-back-to-real-life mode, I’m just…pumped! I’ve got the crock pot brewing some delicious soup du jour for dinner while I listen to the leaves blowing in the cool breeze outside my open window. Fall is in the air, friends, and it feels SO good!

Miss Savi J turned ONE this summer and we had a hilariously quick time getting these shots to commemorate the occasion. As soon as she spied that sweet little cake, we were done for!
