Fall is in the air, don’t you agree? I walked outside bright and early this morning {before 7am, if you were wondering!} and swear I smelled fall. Crisp, clear and somewhat chilly it instantly put a smile on my face and a bounce in my morning. In reality, I almost started jumping up and down and clapping my hands with glee at the prospect of apple cider, soups and stews, colored leaves, pumpkins, sweaters, scarf weather…oooohhh, I can’t wait! However, I plan to suck the living life out of whatever is left of our summer for the next 10 days {autumnal equinox and all on Sept 22} which means getting outside as much as possible and plucking whatever is ready from our ridiculously overgrown garden. Well, that, and editing a bunch of sessions from the past couple weeks. And packaging orders. And maybe cleaning my office.
On second thought, who wants to enjoy the last days of summer cleaning? Scratch that last one. 😉
I love seeing this little girl on my calendar–I’ve photographed her since she couldn’t quite walk and now she’s in kindergarten. Seriously? Check out her other sessions here, here, here, here, here, here {please laugh a little at that last one…I’m amazed and pumped at how far I’ve come in four plus ears. Self high five!}. Emma’s energy, constant smile, hilarious attitude, beautiful curly hair…she’s one of my favorite sessions each year. 🙂 And now there’s going to be another little one soon…I hope this one has her curls, too!!
