I woke up so out of it this morning, it was nearly laughable. And I will absolutely consider it a remarkable accomplishment that I remembered to set my alarm last night in the first place. Waking up to it at 3% battery life remaining is nothing short of a mini-miracle, my friends. I’m not sure if it was the nine plus hours of travel yesterday, the time change, the fact that it was 56 degrees in our house {mmmm…perfect sleeping weather!}, or what, but I was completely out of it this morning. How surprised my morning session would have been had I not caught that I nearly drove away from my house in pajama pants this morning?
I’m not sure the world is ready for bright pink sweats with a hole in the knee. Just. Not. Sure.
Regardless, my coffee perked me right up and away with my day I went! I had a beautifully glorious Minnesota fall senior session at St. Anthony Main and am currently working away with the sun at my back and a goat cheese salad in front of me at the wonderful Wilde Roast Cafe. Have you ever been? You should. It’s like Christmas in my mouth every time I dine here. Plus I love the tunes. And the vibe. But mostly the food and coffee.
Anywho, I’m back from the convention-vacation {for the Mr.-I got to tag along!}. I posted some random shots on Instagram {sweetshibui} if you’d like to see what we were up to. Now that we’re back; it’s time to rock!
When I met Denise this summer, I was struck at how sweet and mature this pretty girl is. She even laughed when I commented about it, saying that she hears that quite a bit. Nevertheless, Denise has a gorgeous smile and a winning, go-get-em attitude that will surely serve her well at college next year. These 2015 seniors, I tell you…they’re going to change the world.
