Weekends are the best, are they not?
Last weekend I got to travel to Utah to meet and gain motivation from so many unique and beautiful photographers. The weekend before that I had a wicked fun sister sleepover with my lovely sister and her two little girls. The weekend before that, I chalked up some serious steps and family time during Moving Weekend 2016…and it goes on. Basically, I live for those two pretty little days that sit like a reward at the end of a dull and lack-luster five day workweek. On the visual calendar in my head; Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are varying shades of gray. Thursdays are green. Fridays are stunning blue {think sunset in the Caribbean…}. Saturday and Sunday, obviously, are a bright vibrant burnt orange. That doesn’t make sense to you? Hmmm…fine, let’s try another analogy…If the calendar were Monopoly, weekends would for sure be Boardwalk and Park Place. Or Go. Or Community Chest, but only when you drew a good card, none of this ‘Your car needs repair, pay $150 to the bank’ BS that nobody wants to hear, you know?!
Now you feel me!?
Weekends jam packed with plans {or plans to do nothing!}, dinner dates, Sunday Fundays, house projects, long walks and great times…Oh, me oh my…TGIF.
