I’ve know BJ for so long that I don’t actually even recall how/when/where we met. As a kid, I’d tag along when he and my brother would take off on their dirt bikes and 4-wheelers, but there was only so far a gal could go on a beat-up, hand-me-down Huffy and I was usually left behind {which was perfect as the dare-devil stunts they pulled were much more safe entertaining to watch from a distance}. I assisted in the building of tree forts, bonfires and ramps for snowmobiles and some of my best memories from high school and, years after, include this guy.
Enter Shea.
🙂
Seeing his face light up when she walks in the room, hearing the happiness in his voice when he talks about her, watching the two of them be so comfortable and sweet to each other…I couldn’t be happier for them. I’m bummed that we’ll be out of town for the wedding festivities, but I’m sure my brother will represent and deliver a fantastic best-man speech {pressure!!}. I wish all the best and wonderful things to two people very much in love.
