Exactly one year ago, I got to embark on the most stellar of roadtrips with my 14 year old ‘niece’ across the country to photograph the most lovely of days for a dear old friend. While the couple would prefer to remain nameless, they did give me permission to share a few of these images from their rainy-sunny-cloudy-beautiful wedding day. From the handcrafted rings that they created together to the gorgeous blooms and the teatime luncheon to follow the ceremony, these two thought of all the details and really soaked in the true meaning of their wedding vows to each other and what marriage meant to them.
A blast to make the journey west. An honor to witness their lives officially beginning together. A blessing to have this memory in my heart.
