Boho Bakery is…yep…I can say it: the BEST organic, gluten-free bakery I have ever tried. Rachel is amaz-zzazzing master of the surprising and delicious in the kitchen and has a super sweet smile to boot!

When she called me up to come photograph her new endeavor, I have to admit, I was a bit sketpical. I mean, honestly–cookies and granola that’s vegan, gluten-free, organic…in my mind that translates to: um…super gross.

So she made me try it. (I actually didn’t want to. It looked super fantastic, but what would it taste like…?)

Especially these little chocolatey bars rolled in organic coconut that dropped straight from heaven. DE-LISH. I got a bag of the granola and munched on it as I drove home, put it in my yogurt the next morning, had some for an afternoon snack…I may, or may not, have even licked the bag. Don’t judge me.
