Plastering the campus with signs looking for a roommate seemed like the best idea at the time…and, in reality looking back, it was. I met some of the best people during my college career by offering up living space–at one time, we had 10 people in a 4-bedroom apartment {ah, the days of cheaper-than-dirt rent}. Our apartment may have been a revolving door of couch-surfers and the occasional nomad, but the people who lived there full-time were the best.
Jenny {whom we very lovingly refer to as ‘Skinner’} lived with us during my junior year of college and we’ve remained in touch since. I was so honored when she asked me to be their engagement and wedding photographer and even more excited when she emailed me, telling me the news that her and Shawn were pregnant and wanted to enroll in my Sweet Baby Program. Um…YES!!!! 🙂 Now I’ll get to see her every three months and love on their little bundle of budding awesomeness, Teagan Ruby.
