I love weekends.
That’s not really a secret nor is it a big reveal. I mean, who doesn’t love weekends?! The chance to get caught up on chores, try out a couple new recipes, sleep in, have well-deserved puppy time, surf some new blogs and watch a couple old spaghetti Westerns {did you know they’re coined that because they were filmed in Europe and usually directed by Italians? Très chic! Okay, that’s French, but whatevs.}. I did some redecorating and organizing in my office in hope of someday showing off the fabulous job my best friend did while designing/decorating it when we were on our honeymoon two years ago. Yikes. Better late than never may be my 2014 motto.

After an especially relaxing and rewarding weekend, I’m rejuvenated and feel ready to take the week head on! What a wonderful feeling!!
Megan and Cole’s engagement session was…well…awesome. I need to work on expanding my list of adjectives, but seriously guys, this engagement session was awesome. A beautiful summer-ish fall day with a stunning couple {who is so easily in love I could just hug them both silly} at a farm with a hyperlight. Er…a hydroplane? Ugh. I can never remember the name, but we capped the session with some flight images in Cole’s awesome plane — I got to take a ride, too!! 🙂
